Initial Public Offering or ‘IPO days are here again…Stocks list at premium’ is the prominent headline today in the business section of a newspaper.
I am afraid this is one more of those headlines, which can make small, retail investors believe that their chance to make some real quick money is back – that is by investing in IPOs.
It is one of the biggest fallacy of our times. I had my own encounter with this phenomenon. I I have made mistakes too. And I have learnt my lessons.
